We custom design and build our hydraulic power units to meet your specific application requirements. From small systems with very low flows and low pressures to extremely large skid-mounted systems with multiple pumps operating in excess of 5000 psi – Hyspeco can help you.
System designs can be as simple as a single manually actuated control valve, to highly complex systems with proportional/servo multi-axis control loops. We design and build systems to operate with a variety of fluids, like mineral-based hydraulic oil, water-glycol, synthetic polyester, vegetable oils, and Skydrol. Units are tested in-house before shipment, ensuring that the system functions as designed and helping reduce installation and start-up time when they arrive at your location.
Our design team includes engineers and technicians who are skilled in AutoCAd, Inventor, MDTools, Mastercam, and many other engineering and design tool platforms.
