Our History
1968 - Hyspeco was founded by Buford "Penny" Pendergrass in Wichita, Kansas
1972 - Became a Parker Distributor
1976 - Springfield, Missouri becomes our second location
1978 - Pendergrass family sells the company to Bob Stance
1989 - Hyspeco becomes an ESOP company
2006 - Acquisition of Sturgess Equipment in Kansas City, Kansas
2006 - Joplin, Missouri becomes our third location
2006 - Kansas City, Kansas becomes our fourth location
2016 - Acquisition of the fluid power division of HTE in St. Louis, Missouri
2017 - Decatur, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri become our fifth and sixth locations
2022 - Hyspeco's headquarters in Wichita moves to larger location
2022 - East Peoria, Illinois becomes our seventh location
2023 - Columbia, Missouri becomes our eighth location
2024 - Hyspeco acquires Flu-Con/Hydro-Flex in Topeka, Kansas
