Custom Hydraulic Power Units
Hyspeco has over 100 combined years of engineering experience in motion control and fluid-power. We custom build our hydraulic power units to meet your demands. Our engineering and fabrication team build power units that can go up to 3000 PSI. In some instances, we can build units with custom pressures above 3,000 PSI. Average operating flows can go up to 50 GPM, but higher flows are achievable in custom designs.
Designs can include proportional and servo valve-controlled circuits. Power units can run with a variety of fluids, including food-grade oils. All units are tested in-house before shipping to ensure proper startup and timely installation without any interruption.
Our design team includes engineers and technicians skilled in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Purpose: This valve stand modulates the flow of molten steel during the casting process.
Unit: Foam Press

Purpose: This unit was created to form foam panels during the foam curing process.

Parker hydraulic power units for industrial, mobile and aerospace applications are available in an endless variety of pressure and flow ranges, reservoir capacities, materials and fluid compatibility. Standard, compact and custom power units are available as well.
